Frome Ghostbusters
We are a group of friends, cosplayers, prop-builders and, of course, Ghostbusters fans!
For a brief timeline of our formation, humble beginnings and some key events please check out our timeline below.
Our group is a close-knit family of friends and while we welcome new members, there are criteria. First, you must meet us in person. You'll have an awesome attitude, a love of "Ghostbusters", and a willingness to do a few events together a year. No gear or suit is required but you must have positive interactions with the team and people at events. Contact us if you'd like to know more.
Timeline
1984
THE BIRTH OF A FRANCHISE and FAN
The original Ghostbusters film was released in June 1984 to instant acclaim. In August that same year, the founder of Frome Ghostbusters was born at a small community hospital.
1994
The early 90s were a Ghostbusters fan's dream, the cartoons, the Kenner toy range...and for those fortunate to visit, the Ghostbusters Spooktacular live show at Universal Studios Florida!
